The S-TECH shock absorber spring was specially developed for tough off-road use. They are manufactured according to DIN quality 1 and ISO 9000/2000 and are subjected to permanent quality control.
Properties:

- Heat-treated and
- Pre-set (-> minimal settling losses)
- Surface hardened (shot peened)
- High-quality corrosion protection through phosphating and epoxy resin coating
- Very high blocking strength
- Very small lateral forces with ideal positioning of the force axis relative to the spring axis
- Plane parallelism and exact position of the spring ends to each other under loaded and unloaded conditions
